Real Reel is a creative collective of passionate filmmakers based in Los Angeles, New York, and Berlin. We strive for excellence as we take on the challenge of crafting visually stunning and emotionally-charged stories — aiming to inspire change and bring people together. Our team has a wealth of experience producing visuals that capture the imagination.

  • Producer

    Xenia Lappo is a Russian-born producer residing in Los Angeles, CA, with a decade of experience in LA. She has developed an extensive portfolio of work in the advertising and film industries. She has pushed the boundaries of creative content by working on projects for some of today's leading brands, including Audi, Hyundai, ARRI, and Ratpac Controls - reaching more than two million people across the world. With her boundless enthusiasm for storytelling she continues to produce awe-inspiring works ranging from branded videos to documentaries & features. Her dedication to creating top-quality projects is evident in her work, and she continues to strive for excellence with every new project.

  • Producer

    Vika Safrigina is a producer and experienced marketing executive with 20 years in motion picture, cinematography and broadcast production equipment and content creation.

    Throughout her career she took part in major global media events, marketing campaigns, trade shows, film festivals, content development and educational seminars. She has worked and consulted for many industry organizations including ASC, DCS, CAS, HollyShorts Film Festival and many more. After spending 27 years in Los Angeles, Vika moved to Berlin, Germany, where she continues serving a global client portfolio. Her extensive expertise allows her to create unique strategies for her clients and manage projects on an international scale.

    She is highly regarded in the industry and has a proven track record of developing new business opportunities while working within tight budgets and deadlines. She is currently a board member of Mallorca International Film Festival as well as a member of Women in Media and Digital Cinema Society.

  • Director

    Born and raised in Ukraine, Vadym got his journalism degree in Poland and, short after, migrated to the US. He followed his dream of becoming a filmmaker by moving to Los Angeles, where he worked on many popular shows, such as "Star Trek: Picard," "Star Wars: Book of Boba Fett" and "Saved by the Bell: Reboot." Vadym has filmed and directed multiple projects of his own as well. Currently, he resides in NYC, where he's continually pushing himself creatively and professionally.
